ABOUT ME

I am a professional group dialogue facilitator, consultant and career/life coach. As a retired Chief of Police with over 28 years of law enforcement experience at various organizational levels and assignments, I have engaged, participated, and led numerous group projects, professional and community organizations, and mentored and coached many along their path to achieve advancement in their lives and careers.

I am experienced and trained to improve your effectiveness in important life and career areas, including; team building, personal growth, group advancement, community relations, and overcoming hurdles and blocks that keep you from meeting your organizational and/or personal goals.

Dialogue Facilitation:

There are many reasons that group meetings fail to accomplish their intended goals. Personality conflicts, competing interests, and unclear group goals are among some of the hurdles that hamper effective group outcomes. As a trained and experienced Dialogue Facilitator I will help your group discussions to clearly identify and understand their purpose for gathering (goals and objectives), to stay on point, to explore all available options and to be ENGAGED in the process.
